Move Tenants In and Out fast

The Symbio program has made moving tenants in and out quick and easy. Just click the “Move in” button to gather tenant information. Pick a unit and drag it into the move-in feature. Once the unit is dragged in, all the tenant information is filled in automatically. Symbio will automatically create all the documents and forms needed for your tenant to sign. Once the forms are signed, you can receive payment and the transaction will be added to the tenant account. The whole move in, move out and transfer between units process will only take minutes.

The Site Map graphically shows you which units are rented, late, locked out and reserved by color indication. Just roll the mouse over the graphical site map to see which units are rented, vacant, late, locked out, and reserved. While the mouse is moving across the screen the tip window shows tenant picture and information. Right clicking on the unit you want can also enable the move in, move out, transfer feature.

Fast and Easy Facility Site Map Setup

Whether your units are on one level or multiple floors it is easy to set up with Symbio. Input each unit’s width, height, and length. Set that units rental rate. Repeat these steps for all the configurations of units that you have. Once this is completed you can drag and drop the pre-designed units onto your Site Map. We have included a batch unit feature where you can layout out a group of the same sized units at the same time. This speeds up the layout process so you don’t have to re-enter the same sized unit over and over. If after 100 units, we didn’t have this feature you would become exhausted.

Another option is for a nominal fee the Symbio team will configure the program, graphically layout the whole facility, enter unit rates, enter all charges and fees, and enter in company data. Basically we’ll do all "technical" things for you.

Easy Tenant Management

Symbio allows you the ability to view tenant information in a few ways, the tenant list feature or the quick tenant information screen. For security purposes you can have the customer’s picture shown in tenant information screen. Also you are able to restrict who views private tenant information by defining user security levels. This will protect your tenant’s sensitive information from unauthorized access. Symbio has lots of flexibility so that you can set up your screen based on your preferences. Symbio was designed so that you won’t have to double enter any tenant information. Once tenant information is entered, the interfaces pull the tenant data into the appropriate fields for you.

Report Generation Using Crystal Reports

DKS Symbio Standard gives you the ability to create reports for the management of your business. These reports can be used to monitor the effectiveness and profitability of your business. Here is a list of the reports available in DKS Symbio Standard:

Credit Card features

With the Credit Card Module Kit you can automatically process credit card/debt transactions in real time. Simply slide the card through the integrated keyboard and the appropriate information will be inserted into the tenant information. For more information see our section for
