DKS Pedestals Styles

DKS mounting posts are available in two distinct styles; architectural and standard. The architectural posts are typically used with the larger telephone entry systems while the standard posts are used with card readers, keypads and smaller access control devices. A dual-height style is also available for applications that have both vehicular and truck traffic using the system. This style mounting post provides two different heights to attach the access control device to. All mounting posts are finished in a baked-on enamel finish.

STANDARD POST

Pad mount or in-ground mount styles available.
Constructed from 2 x 2 steel.
42-inches tall to bottom of mounting plate (pad mount).
Sweeps out approximately 12-inches.
Pad mount style includes mounting plate and mounting plate cover.
In ground mount unit is 64-inches overall length.

ARCHITECTURAL POST

Pad mount or in-ground mount styles available.
Constructed from 4 x 4 steel.
42-inches tall to bottom of mounting plate (pad mount).
Angles out approximately 14-inches.
Pad mount style includes mounting plate and mounting plate cover.
In ground mount unit is 64-inches overall length.

DUAL HEIGHT POST

Pad mounting style only.
Base post is constructed from 2 x 4 steel.
Upper post is constructed from 2 x 2 steel.
Two 12-inch sweeps.
42-inches tall to bottom of lower mounting plate.
72-inches tall to bottom of upper mounting plate.
Pad mount style includes mounting plate and mounting plate cover.
