4" V-Groove Wheel - The 4" V-Groove solid steel wheels have sealed bearings and are "yellow" zinc plated. The sealed bearings allow the gate to move freely, resulting in less strain on the operator and fewer service calls in the future. Each single packaged wheel includes an axel bolt and nut. These precision wheels can handle up to a 3000 lb. gate, ensuring years of service.

Guide Rollers - These rollers have sealed bearings, zinc plated brackets, and are made of UHMW plastic. Our guide rollers help reduce friction and assist in a smoother operating gate and track. These rollers come in either black or white and are available in 4", 6", and 12" sizes.

All of our heavy-duty chains are nickel-plated and come with all of our sliding gate operators. The Model 41-1R and the Model 40-1R come in 10' boxes. The Model 41-1R and 40-1R also are available in 100' reels.

The Model Fire-2000 uses a micro switch to open the gate. It is made of 14-gauge steel, powder coated bright red. The front door has a hole for a standard padlock, which can be removed by the Fire Department. A blank label on the inside of the door is provided for written instructions and there is ample room for stored "gate release" keys. Dimensions: 6" (H) x 5 1/2" (W) x 3" (D)

The Model Fire-2010 has an Ace cylinder lock that also has an additional hole to accept a Knox KS-2 key lock. This can be purchased from your Fire Department. It is made of 14-gauge steel, powder coated bright red, and is labeled with a Fire Dept. label on the front cover. Dimensions: 6" (H) x 5 1/2" (W) x 3" (D)

It has a bright red powder coat finish with a Fire Dept. label on both sides. Dimensions: 6" (H) x 4 1/2" (W) x 4" (D)

Key-2020: The Model-2020 has an Ace cylinder lock, as well as a Mortise cylinder lock with a limit switch. The Ace lock gives access to the box itself, while the Mortise lock (which can be keyed to the house locks) gives momentary contact to open and close the gate. The rugged black steel box with stainless steel faceplate has punch-outs for surface or post mounting. Two keys are supplied for each lock. Dimensions: 5 1/2" (H) x 41/2" (W) x 4" (D)

Pedestal-Pad Mount,surface mount goosenecks

Pedestal-Pad Mount - The Pad Mount Pedestal has a 90° sweep to allow easy access. The Pas Mount dimensions are 2" x 2" x 42" long x 1/8" thick. The accessory plate is 4" x 4" x 1/8" steel with 4 slotted 1/4" holes foe accessory mounting, as wall as a 2" square opening for wiring. All of the pedestals parts are black powder coated.

The In-Ground Pedestal has the same features as the "Pad Mount" pedestal, with the exception of the primary dimensions which are 2" x 2" x 62" x 1/8" thick.
