The Model 412 electromechanical swing gate operator is designed for light duty, single family residential use, for non solid gates max 14 Ft. 500lbs

Features include:

UL 325 compliant
110 degrees gate swing in 13 seconds
On board diagnostics LEDs
Convenient manual release in power failure

Model 412 115V Single Kit Includes:

One right or left gate operator with mounting hardware
One 455D control panel which operates single leaf or bi-parting gates
One 10 x 12 in. weather resistant UL Listed fiberglass enclosure
Two photobeam sets for opening and closing reversing devices
One plug-in radio receiver
Two radio transmitters
Two manual release keys
