The Model 412
electromechanical swing gate operator is designed for light duty, single
family residential use, for non solid gates max 14 Ft. 500lbs
Features include:
- UL 325 compliant
- 110 degrees gate swing in 13 seconds

Convenient manual release in power failure
Model 412 115V Single
Kit Includes:
- One right or left gate operator
with mounting hardware
- One 455D control panel which
operates single leaf or bi-parting gates
- One 10 x 12 in. weather
resistant UL Listed fiberglass enclosure
- Two photobeam sets for opening
and closing reversing devices
- One plug-in radio receiver
- Two radio transmitters
- Two manual release keys
- Warning

Model 412 115V Dual
Kit Includes:
- same as kit above but with an additional slave
operator and hardware
NOTE: FAAC packages their operators are fully UL-325 compliant, right out
of the box, which means there’s no need to purchase any additional
peripherals
