They were the first to use microprocessors in control units, SMT technology, as well as simplified self-learning radio controls for electric gate openers.

FAAC MODEL 746 is designed for residential and light duty commercial applications. Available in chain and rack&pinion versions. 1/2 HP motor features Gentle Slide™ Motion Management. Model 746 has 2 year limited warranty.
