The Model 400 heavy duty hydraulic swing gate operator is specifically designed for situations needing maximum versatility, such as apartment, subdivision, commercial/industrial and certain residential applications.

Features include:

• Its power makes it ideal for large, ornate gates
• Perfect for situations needing up to 125 degrees of swing
• Models available with locks in the opened and/or closed positions
• Operator is mounted inside the gate but still allows gate to open to the inside or outside
• A convenient manual release is standard
• The versatile FAAC control panel allows for six operating modes, including garage-door-like operation and a HOLD OPEN function
• A battery back-up unit is available

Model 400 Basic Kit includes:

• One or two hydraulic gate operators with mounting hardware
• One 455 D control panel
• One 14 x 16 in. weather resistant UL Listed fiberglass enclosure
• One or two manual release keys
• 115 VAC receptacle for accessories (5 amp max.)
• ON/OFF switch controlling power to control panel, accessories and plug outlet
• Large pre-wired terminals for easy wiring to control panel
• Test button
• Two warning signs

Linear AK-1 Standalone Keypad

• Self-contained keyless entry system ideal for airports, hospitals, warehouses, office buildings, parking lots, and many other commercial facilities.

• Rugged, cast aluminum enclosure for indoor or outdoor mounting on a wall or pedestal.

• Four independent outputs and timers: two form C relays and two solid-state open collector outputs.

• Up to 480 programmable input codes of one to six digits each for activating either or both relays.
