The electric motor, the friction clutch and the gear box are housed in an cast aluminum block. Iron steel case and the gear box is constantly immersed in oil offering a durable system for the user. The Orion is equipped with a mechanical clutch and sensitive torque regulation. The built-in electronic control unit warranty the brake regulation and inversion during the closing cycle when it meets an obstacle. The operator is equipped with an inductive limit switch or a mechanical limit switch. The Orion is available with chain drive or rack and pinion. Manual Release In case of power failure: the unit can be mechanically released by an handle and the gate or door operated manually until power is restored.
