AWID DK-1025 Dual-Frequency (HF) Reader-Keypad

AWID’s DK-1025 Dual-Frequency Reader-Keypad is a switchplate-type reader for two technologies, combined with a 12-key numeric keypad, in a unit that fits on a single-gang box.  The DK-1025 reader provides superior read range for proximity and smart cards.  The keypad may be used for PIN, programming, enrolling, and data entry.

Protocols The DK-1025 reader contains 2 readers and a keypad in a single enclosure.  The low-frequency reader is for AWID’s standard proximity (125 kHz) cards and tags.  The high-frequency reader is for 13.56 MHz “smart card” protocols, available from suppliers worldwide.  The keypad transmits 1 of 3 standard codes formats.  The DK-1025 reader needs no programming during installation.  AWID ships the reader with pre-programmed firmware for HF protocols and keypad code, ordered by the customer.
